New Revolution in Social Media and Blogging

In an article about Social Media and Blogging, http://bit.ly/2wyCR3 Jeremiah Owyang describes the social media revolution as making websites obsolete, or at least less important than blogging.

Blogging allows us to not only share our views on a subject of interest, but also receive the views of others on the same topic. Seth Godin talks about tribes this way, that we have something in common with our customers, and we should listen to each other. What a novel approach!

My good friend Blaine Millet at Customer Experiences Inc. http://customerexperiencesinc.com/blog/ has also been talking a lot lately about this, and in his observations describes how important it is to listen to customers, and get their feedback.

I couldn’t agree more.

Thanks Mike, appreciate the kind words and support. We are definitely on a mission to help people understand the “Revolution” is here and around us and those that take advantage of it will reap the early rewards. Glad you are one of them. Best of luck.
